TO RELIEVE HARDSHIP, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS AMONG SERVING AND FORMER MEMBERS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS OF ALL TERRITORIAL ARMY UNITS WITHIN THE AREA OF THE TAVRA AND PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED AS ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF AT THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE TAVRA.
