SWITCHBOARD LGBT+

Switchboard, the LGBT Helpline provides a telephone, instant messaging and email helpline service from 10am to 10pm every day of the year. We are a safe space for anyone to discuss anything, including sexuality, gender identity, sexual health and emotional wellbeing. We support people to explore the right options for themselves.
