(2) THE ESTABLISHMENT OF HOMES (INCLUDING TRAINING HOMES) FOR SUCH NURSES, MIDWIVES AND HEALTH VISITORS AND OF MATERNITY HOSPITALS FOR THE INSTRUCTION OF SUCH NURSES, MIDWIVES AND HEALTH VISITORS AND OF MATERNITY HOSPITALS FOR THE INSTRUCTION OF SUCH NURSES MIDWIVES AND HEALTH VISITORS IN MIDWIFERY AND CLINICS FOR THEIR INSTRUCTION ON CHILD WELFARE.
