It will be used to employ an Operations Manager to increase the independence of the organisation. The aim is to ensure that Nightingales will continue to provide a safe supportive therapeutic environment to initiate and sustain recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. This post will enable NRC to continue and develop the work of their organisation as outlined above. They want to fill the local gap and demand for substance misuse recovery aftercare.
