St Bartholomew's Llanover Parochial Church Council in Monmouthshire will use its £99500 grant to install disabled access create more toilet facilities and improve stair access. This will allow more community members and groups to use the church hall reducing social isolation and improving social networks and activities for people of all ages living in this rural community. Bydd St Bartholomew's Llanover Parochial Church Council yn Sir Fynwy yn defnyddio eu grant £99500 i osod mynediad i bobl anabl creu mwy o gyfleusterau t bach a gwella mynediad grisiau. Bydd hyn yn galluogi mwy o aelodau a grwpiau o’r gymuned i ddefnyddio neuadd yr eglwys gan leihau ynysrwydd cymdeithasol a gwella rhwydweithiau cymdeithasol a gweithgareddau i bobl o bob oedran sy’n byw yn y gymuned wledig hon.
