THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (‘OBJECTS’) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THROUGH THE STAGING OF AN ANNUAL LGBTQIA ARTS AND CULTURE FESTIVAL AND THE PROVISION OF A PROGRAMME OF YEAR ROUND LOCAL AND NATIONAL ARTS ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO: A) ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATION AND INEQUALITY ON THE GROUNDS OF GENDER IDENTITY, GENDER EXPRESSION AND SEXUAL ORIENTATION; B) ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RAISE AWARENESS OF ISSUES RELATING TO SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR GENDER IDENTITY AND DISCRIMINATION AND THE NEEDS OF LGBTQIA PEOPLE AND THE ISSUES AFFECTING THEIR COMMUNITIES; AND C) CULTIVATE A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY IN RELATION TO PERSONS WHO IDENTIFY AS LGBTQIA.
