THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME, BUT NOT THE CAPITAL, FOR THE FOLLOWING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSE ONLY:FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE AMATEUR SPORT OF ROWING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE (THE 'UNIVERSITY') BY THE PROVISION OF, OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF, FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF ROWING, AND BY PROMOTING THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF THOSE ATTENDING THE UNIVERSITY.
