The project is ....more The funding will be used to support the Trafford Community Collective in developing a network of volunteer coordinators at a neighbourhood level across six community hubs in Trafford. The project is a continuation of a 12-month pilot project trialling a new model of strategic and coordinated delivery of volunteering to support individuals families and communities across Trafford. TCC’s aims to support the development of a more strategic and coordinated approach to volunteering in Trafford. It looks to highlight the respective roles and responsibilities of community hubs within a strategic framework offering improved coordination standardisation and efficiency. Each volunteer coordinator will be employed three days per week with oversight / project management from the TCC ensuring objectives and outcomes. Volunteer Coordinators will work together to ensure strategic and coordinated delivery of volunteering across Trafford with the Project Manager ensuring that that volunteer coordinators are appropriately supported and given regular opportunity to review roles and workloads.
