    THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, IN EACH CASE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC:3.1 THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR WATER SPORTS ACTIVITY INCLUDING ROWING, CANOEING AND KAYAKING;3.2 TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; AND3.3 TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PUPILS AT SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS IN OXFORDSHIRE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY:3.3.1 THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO ENABLE PARTICIPATION IN WATER SPORTS ACTIVITY; AND3.3.2 THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCES, SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING THROUGH PHYSICAL TRAINING INCLUDING WATER SPORTS ACTIVITY.
