(A) TO MANAGE CLAYGATE RECREATION GROUND AND THE ADJACENT WOODLAND (THE RECREATION GROUND) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CLAYGATE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD IN ACCORDANCE WITH A LEASE (THE LEASE) GRANTED TO TRUSTEES FOR THE TRUST BY ELMBRIDGE BOROUGH COUNCIL (THE COUNCIL) (B) TO PROVIDE SUCH OTHER FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL PURSUITS AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PEOPLE RESIDENT IN CLAYGATE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS AS THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT OF THE TRUST SHALL THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
