THIS INCLUDES TRADING EDUCATIONAL AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS, TRAINING COURSES AND RESOURCES, PUBLICATIONS AND GOODS. 3.2 OBJECTS3.2.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION: TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, ABUSE, SEXUAL VIOLENCE, HATE CRIME, THE ABUSE OF CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE ADULTS AND OTHER VIOLENT CRIMES THAT COULD BE AVOIDED IF VICTIMS WERE BETTER INFORMED AND SUPPORTED. 3.2.3 RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP: TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG VICTIMS OF VIOLENT CRIME, SEXUAL OR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OR ABUSE AND THEIR DEPENDANTS LIVING IN UNITED KINGDOM BY PROVIDING GOODS OR SERVICES WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS. 3.2.4 NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
