SUCH SERVICES SHALL BE PROVIDED WITHOUT CHARGE TO BENEFICIARIES OR THEIR FAMILIES AND SHALL BE PROVIDED IN CLOSE CONSULTATION WITH OTHER CARE PROFESSIONALS, PARTICULARLY PRIMARY HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS, SO LONG AS THE SERVICES DO NOT REPLACE ANY STATUTORY OBLIGATION.
