This project provides a range of support to support offenders to re-settle into the community and lead meaningful lives, thus reducing reoffending rates. Self referrals from offenders demonstrate they have a desire for change. They then work with staff and volunteers to identify their needs on release and produce an action plan. Service users can be accompanied to appointments with probation, health and housing providers and social services. They are also supported to find, and stay in, employment.
