Small Woods Association will deliver a project to 1660 people in Aberystwyth, Treherbert, Anglesey, Neath Port Talbot and Wrexham with chronic health conditions, aiming to improve their physical fitness and mental wellbeing. This will be achieved through a programme of activities hosted by partner organisations in woodland environments. The grant will be used to fund seven part-time posts and other costs associated with the delivery of the project including a contribution towards organisational overheads.
