This group will use horticulture and cooking to increase social inclusion and improve the health and wellbeing of women fleeing domestic violence and abuse. The project will operate within five refuges, supporting women and children and providing specialist support for women with Turkish, Iranian and South Asian heritage including those affected by sexual violence fleeing forced marriage. The neglected grounds within the refuges will provide a therapeutic growing area and positive environment.
