    Objectives

    4. The organisation's name is an acronym for Work, Help, Experience and Thrive and its purposes are: a) To advance education, training and development of people who have barriers to employment for reasons such as additional support needs and therefore improve their employability skills and employment opportunities b) to promote equality and diversity by having a workplace which offers the opportunity to experience home-grown, fresh produce. The café will offer healthy choices to customers as well as more traditional fayre. It will promote inclusion through its training project for young adults with additional needs and offering work experience to those who need some support to find their way into general employment for other reasons.
