Objectives

The organisation's purposes are: The advancement of public participation in football. In furtherance of this purpose, the organisation will exist: a) To promote and encourage the playing and participation in football by providing inclusive opportunities for all. b) To develop coaching skills by regular attendance at appropriate and recognised training courses. c) To develop and improve skills by providing coaching and training for all members. d) To promote sportsmanship, respect and develop self-discipline and physical fitness among all participant members. The organisation shall be to promote and nurture community-based activities in and around Castle Douglas and provide facilities for community development. As an organisation, it will also promote equal opportunities and not discriminate on the grounds of race, religion or belief, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, pregnancy or maternity, marriage or civil partnership or gender reassignment.
