    Objectives

    4 The organisation is a non-profit distributing charity whose principal objectives are to advance public participation in the sport of martial arts, predominantly but not exclusively the Cowdenbeath area of Fife, and in doing so. i. Provide recreational facilities and organise recreational activities within the operating area, with such facilities/activities being made available to members of the public at large with the objects of improving their conditions of life and providing opportunity. and ii. Advance the education and health or young people, children and adults by providing opportunities to participate in the practice and teaching of martial arts and so develop their mental and physical capacities as well as highlighting the benefits of adopting a healthier, more active lifestyle and so enable them to improve their mental health and wellbeing as well as their conditions of life. iii. Support, where appropriate, disadvantaged or underprivileged children, young people or adults to participate in community sport and community learning opportunities which foster and develop a community spirit and enable them to become active citizens and play a positive role in their local communities. and iv. Do all such other things which further the objectives of the organisation and deemed to be charitable.
