(b) advance the health of private residents located primarily, but not exclusively, in North East Scotland by delivering comprehensive retrofit services as a means of ensuring that they live in healthy, warm homes. (c) prevent and relieve poverty by delivering to private residents and housing providers located primarily, but not exclusively, in North East Scotland, comprehensive services to support them to retrofit their homes and domestic properties as a means of ensuring that these are less expensive to run. (d) advance the education of the public and relevant professionals in the subject of retrofitting domestic properties.
