The Organisation has been formed for the public benefit of the residents of postcode TD6 and the neighbouring areas within the Scottish Borders (the 'Community'), using sustainable development principles. The Organisation's Purposes are to: 1. protect, conserve, and improve the environment 2. promote developments that are sustainable 3. utilise and develop the collective abilities of the local community to: a. promote: - health and well-being. local food production. and both urban and rural regeneration b. build a more resilient, stronger community c. reduce carbon emissions d. facilitate a circular sustainable economy e. advance nature-centred and people-centred land use 4. to promote understanding of the consequences of inaction re. clause 4.3
