(SECOND) 'Beneficiaries' means: (a) me the said EVELYN JANE MACDONALD, (b) Subject to that, any charity, company, organisation (whether incorporated or unincorporated), and/or any body and/or group, and/or any individual or individuals or group of individuals, involved with the prevention, treatment, relief and/or research into Alzheimers and/or its associated symptoms and effects, and also any individual and/or individuals or groups suffering from or likely to suffer from Alzheimers (c) any Trust established by any person for the benefit (whether of an income or a capital or a discretionary nature) of any one of more of foregoing persons names in paragraph (a) hereof, and (d) such other legal persons (which expression shall without prejudice to the foregoing generality, include Charities and other corporate bodies) as the Trustees may in their entire discretion at any time nominate by deed or deeds revocably or irrevocably to be included among the Beneficiaries. and 'Beneficiary'' shall be construed accordingly.
