    Objectives

    (a) To hold such sum as the Trustees in their sole discretion shall decide in trust to make grants to persons born or resident in Thornton, Fife over the age of sixteen years for the sole purpose of assisting such persons in undergoing full time education provided that (a) the Trustees shall have sole discretion to decide to whom such grants should be paid and (b) in no case shall any grant to any one period exceed the sum of TWO THOUSAND POUNDS (£2,000) in any one year.
