    4.1 to advance animal welfare, in particular the welfare of stray cats and dogs in North Macedonia specifically by fundraising for veterinary treatment, food, worming treatments and shelter and ultimately rehoming animals outwith North Macedonia (to the UK and Europe primarily) 4.2 to advance and promote education concerning animal welfare
