    Objectives

    The organisation's purposes are: 1. The advancement of religion, and in particular the Christian faith by all means consistent with the Christian Bible and the Declaration of Principle of the Baptist Union of Scotland (as included as Appendix 1 to the constitution) through : 1.1. supporting people in their faith and spiritual wellbeing 1.2. pastorally supporting anyone through discipleship and mentoring 1.3. running services and support groups for people of faith. 2. The advancement of health through supporting people in their physical health and emotional wellbeing. 3. The promotion of equality and diversity through breaking down social barriers between people across Scotland 4. The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. The area within which the organisation shall operate shall be the North East of Scotland and surrounding areas and people residing within or temporarily located in this area will be the organisation's beneficiaries.
