Objects The company's objects is to organise recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended by: 4.1 Promoting interest and participation in aeromodelling in Scotland in a safe responsible and environmentally sensitive manner. 4.2 Benefit members of the company and member clubs by coordinating work of clubs and/or sports organisations. 4.3 Promoting or supporting competitions, championships, or other similar events. 4.4 Being the official united liaison body in Scotland with other National Organisations in matters relating to the regulation, and development of the sport of aeromodelling. 4.5 Further the foregoing objectives by organising such activities and taking such other action as may be deemed appropriate. 4.6 Maintaining a register of club members as required by the Department of Transport under regulations being and still to be introduced. 4.7 The Company shall be non-profit making, non-political, non-sectarian, non-denominational and open to all genders. The company will be non-discriminatory and adhere to the Disclosure Act.
