    4.1 The provision of, or organisation of, recreational facilities with the object of improving conditions of live for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended by providing a mountain bike track open to all and free to use. 4.2. The protection and improvement of the local environment by developing and maintaining the wood and growing space, developing an orchard and providing environmental education including in the practice of permaculture. 4.3 To advance the education of young people by providing construction work skills and work placements. 5. In furtherance of these purposes, the charity seeks to. 5.1. Establish or to secure the establishment of an outdoor cycling track and to maintain and manage, or to co-operate with any local statutory authority or authorities in the maintenance and management of such a track for activities promoted by the trustees and its constituent bodies in the furtherance of the above objects or any of them
