Objectives

4 The company's objects are to manage the development and delivery of the fundraising strategy for Paisley Museum and to drive the capital appeal for the redevelopment of Paisley Museum and A11 Gallery, furthering Paisley's cultural regeneration, and specifically to: 4.1 advance the arts, heritage and public participation in cultural activities primarily within the Operating Area through fundraising and ongoing stewardship to support the delivery of a leading European museum and creation of a cultural visitor destination drawing its audience from Scotland UK and overseas. 4.2 advance education and research through ongoing fundraising that will support a participation institution for learning, skills, development, innovation and research that is fully integrated in the Operating Area and reaches out to communities and partners locally and nationally. 4.3 advance citizenship and community purpose in furthering the objects in paragraphs 4.1 and 4.2 and by supporting the transfo1mation of Paisley into a vibrant cultural destination and transforming place image. 4.4 advance such similar charitable purposes as the Trustees may consider appropriate from time to time to further the objects in paragraphs 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3.
