    4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The promoting of equality and diversity by holding the Mey Highland Games providing an inclusive platform for all incorporating para-athletes and those injured as a result of military service. 4.2 The advancement of Education by working in partnership with the community to support the teaching of Highland Sports to young people in Caithness. 4.3 To support those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage in Caithness by allocating grants from the organisations surpluses. 4.4 To promote the culture of Caithness by encouraging visitors to the Mey Games and where possible taking the games on tour nationally and internationally providing a Caithness cultural experience and access for all to adaptive Highland Sports.
