    4 The organisations purposes are: 4.1 Abbie's Sparkle foundation's vision: the relief of those in need by reason of ill health, due to cancer. 4.2 Who will benefit: Children in the UK between the age of 0 to 18 who are affected by cancer. 4.3 Mission, spell out what you will do to turn vision in to reality: To give a sparkle to children affected by cancer, by donating gifts or money to brighten their lives. 4.4 What are the outcomes of our work, how will you achieve them. Our outcomes will be measured by the donations we give. The donations we give will only be limited by the amount of funds we raise. We will raise funds, at least annually.
