    Objectives

    The organisation's purposes are: To provide recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended i.e. people living in Midlothian or East Lothian who have been affected by their own, or someone else's, use of alcohol or drugs. To promote equality and diversity and to encourage the ethos of fairness and recovery from addiction in all its activities and relationships with individuals and organisations. To provide relief for those in need by reason of age, ill?health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, particularly relating to the physical, psychological and social impacts of addiction.
