    Objectives

    The PURPOSES of the Charity within the area of Renfrew initially, then in nearby towns, shall be: 4.1: The prevention or relief of poverty and disadvantage that result from debt, unemployment, addictions, marital and partnership breakdown by offering: 4.1.1: Classes on money management and debt advice, 4.1.2: Support, training, advice and access to work placement opportunities (paid and volunteer), including training in work skills, CV writing and preparation for interviews to improve employment prospects 4.1.3: Assistance and support for release from harmful habits and addictions, 4.2: to advance education by providing support for families by way of: 4.2.1: Parenting, cooking and home management classes, 4.2.2: Homework clubs and tutoring, 4.2.3: Parent & Toddler groups with classes and support for parents of special needs children, 4.2.4: Youth Cafe clubs which offer access to mentoring and leadership development for teenagers. 4.3: to advance religion by offering Spiritual and Emotional support through the provision of 4.3.1: Chaplaincy and prayer spaces within our centre(s), 4.3.2: Coaching as a help towards re-integration with family and community, and the easing of emotional issues, 4.3.3: Bible discussion and spiritual guidance to those who request it. 4.4: the provision of recreational facilities or the organisation of recreational activities which will help to relieve the sense of worthlessness caused by idleness, by 4.4.1: arranging group outings, skills clubs, volunteering experiences and community projects, 4.4.2: Enlisting the willing into organised sports teams to compete in local sports leagues. 4.5.the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage by combating these causes of isolation and exclusion by the provision of 4.5.1: Drop-in centres where visitors and regulars are welcomed and included during the day and evenings, 4.5.2: Befriending service
