    Objectives

    The organisation's purposes are wholly charitable and, in particular, are to advance, for the benefit of the public, sustainable and community led local development within and outwith Scotland by: 4.1.1 encouraging and supporting community led local development initiatives through administering and awarding LEADER and other funds in support of such initiatives, which will individually and collectively contribute to delivering the rural development priorities of an agreed Local Development Strategy and / or the Cairngorms National Park Partnership Plan. 4.1.2 promoting knowledge transfer and sharing best practice in the delivery of sustainable rural development projects. 4.1.3 commissioning appropriate activities in furtherance of the above objects. and 4.1.4 giving grants or loans or providing credit or other forms of assistance, financial or otherwise, to persons undertaking projects, initiatives and/or activities which further any of the above purposes or objects and which are wholly charitable within the meaning of the Taxes Acts and section 7 of the 2005 Act.
