    THE PURPOSES OF THE SHED ARE: a) To provide recreational facilities and advance the social needs, health and well being of men of all ages and backgrounds living in the Stranraer area of Wigtownshire by creating developing and maintaining a facility to be known as the Rhins Men's Shed. b) To offer opportunities primarily for men in the Stranraer area to meet and undertake creative, physical, purposeful and recreational activities of their choice. c) To reduce isolation thus contributing to their physical and mental wellbeing of the local community. d) To develop the capacity of its members to share their skills and knowledge with the local community
