Friends of Autism Highland aims to provide recreational facilities or organising recreational activities with the aim of improving the conditions of life for the people for whom the facilities or activities are mainly intended and in furtherance thereof: 1. provide advice, information and support to all families of autistic children 2. bring together professionals involved in the welfare and development of autistic children and those affected by autism 3. raise awareness within the general public about autism and the impact on families 4. fundraise for the benefit and welfare of children affected by autism, their siblings and where required provide money towards the cost of trips/activities etc. 5. promote and ensure for the children the maximum benefits and happiness from :- ?Their home environment ?Educational facilities ?The co-operation of the general public
