    Objectives

    The objects for which the Association is established are the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial or other disadvantage by assisting in the provision of day care facilities for the elderly in East Lothian and by: (i)Providing or assisting in the provision of day service facilities, including lunch provision, recreation and other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said older people and their carers. (ii)Advancing continuing education. (iii)Promoting and organising co-operation in the achievement of the above objects. (iv)Undertaking, as the Association shall from time to time determine, all other such things as are charitable in law for the attainment of the objects.
