    THIRD The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and the income thereof for the following purposes:- (One) The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation through the advancement of amateur sport for the benefit of the members of the public at large in the geographical equivalent of the Stewartry of Kirkcudbright and Wigtownshire. and (Two) The provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities are primarily intended, DECLARING that the facilities are to be available to the members of the public at large in the geograpllical equivalent of the Stewartry of Kirkcudbright &·Wigtownshire.
