    The objects for which the Partnership is established are: 3.1 To develop and support citizenship and the communities in Highland Perthshire (as described in Article 1 hereof) by working to identify local solutions to local problems and by encouraging a community identity for Highland Perthshire. 3.2 To promote and develop educational and training opportunities, both formal and informal, to individuals and groups within Highland Perthshire. 3.3 To promote and support the advancement of health through representation on and involvement with groups, agencies and individuals working in and for the benefit of the communities of Highland Perthshire. 3.4 To support groups working in and for the benefit of the communities of Highland Perthshire in the advancement of the arts, heritage, culture and science. 3.5 To promote the voluntary sector within Highland Perthshire and to assist local charities in achieving effectiveness and/or efficiencies.
