    Objectives

    The charitable purposes of the SCIO ('the Charitable Purposes') are: 3.1.1 to relieve the emotional and psychological suffering, and promote the wellbeing, physical and mental health of families and individuals who have been affected by suicide, bereavement, and loss, in particular, through: - 3.1.1.1 the provision of support, guidance, information and counselling services and tailored packages to assist those in need. 3.1.1.2 the provision of a service which is easily accessible to those who need it, and a confidential setting where they can feel safe, secure and supported. 3.1.2 to advance education through the provision of comprehensive training packages in counselling and support, issues surrounding suicide, bereavement and loss and the impact of suicide.
