    I direct my executors to retain the residue of my estate to beheld as the Jonah and Irene Guttentag Charitable Trust, and to pay the net revenue therefrom equally among The Jewish Welfare Board, The Jewish Blind Society and the Gateshead Yeshivah. And I grant to my executors all the usual powers including without prejudice to the foregoing generality the power to sell any heritage of which I may die possessed.
