Objectives

(1) To advance the Christian faith in accordance with the Statement of Beliefs appearing in the Schedule hereto in Paisley and its surrounding area and in such other parts of the United Kingdom and the world as the Trustees may from time to time think fit and other such purposes which are exclusively charitable according to the law of Scotland and are connected with the charitable work of the Charity. (2) To further Christian education in such parts of Paisley and the surrounding area and in such other parts of the United Kingdom and the world as the Trustees mav from time to time think fit. (3) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Paisley and its environs without distinction of sex, sexuality, political, religious or other opinions by associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities, or assist in the provision of facilities, in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation so that their condition of life may be improved. (4) To relieve persons who are in conditions of need or hardship or who are aged or sick and to relieve the distress caused thereby in such parts of Paisley and the surrounding area and in such other parts of the United Kingdom and the world as the Trustees may from time to time think fit.
