    The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund in trust for the following charitable purposes, namely:- (1) For the maintenance of the Parish Church, Graveyard, War Memorial, and Public Hall of Madderty. (2) For the provision of additional educational, recreational and other facilities for the school in Madderty. (3) To do such things as are beneficial for the relief of poverty in Madderty. (4) To do such other things as are considered beneficial for the public and the community of the said Parish of Madderty all as the Trustees in their discretion shall consider appropriate provided always that the same may be regarded as charitable under the Laws of Scotland.
