    2. THE OBJECTS of the Group shall be:- (a) To advance the education of the public through the promotion of Road Safety. and (b) to provide education and training, for adults and children, on all aspects of Road Safety. In furtherance of these objects, but not otherwise, the Group will seek: (1.) To organise and sponsor Road Safety contests for adults.. and children. and (2) To provide instruction in safe vehicle maintenance.
