    a) to promote the care and education of children in need of care during out of school hours and school holidays and promote the provision of facilities for the recreation and other leisure time occupation of such children in the interest of, social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life. b) to advance the education and training of persons providing such care and education and recreational facilities and in furtherance thereof:- (i) to raise funds for the above objectives: and (ii) to make and maintain contact with and enlist general support from other persons who are interested in the development of management of Battlefield Primary After School Care Association.
