    The trustees shall hold and administer such sums as they shall receive from the Estate of the deceased Mrs. Christina Stephen Davidson, late of Arden , Galcantray, Croy, by Nairn, who died at Inverness on the Twenty-seventh day of November, Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-three, together with such other funds as they may receive all for the benefit of the community in the District of Nairn, otherwise Nairn District, and that by relieving poverty, suffering and distress in that District, by relieving the needs of the elderly there, by furthering the health and advancing the education of persons living there and by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure-time occupation in the interests of social welfare in said District.
