All expenses, costs and fees of creating and administering the Trust (including with prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the costs of any insurance premiums required by the Trust such as Trustee Indemnity Insurance), and any tax payable in relation to the Trust, shall be met in priority to all other payments and transfers of assets out of the Trust Property.
