    1) In relation to the Shrine (the Fabric whereof is to be maintained, and the lighting, heating and cleaning whereof is to be provided by Our Scottish Ministem). (a) the compilation and cometion from time to time of the existing and future Rolls of Honour. (b) the payment of such additional staff as may from time to time be considered necessary in addition to the staff provided by Our Scottish Ministers, the provision of uniforms for such additional s w , (c) the reimbursement to Our Scottish Ministers of all other expense (other than expense for which Our Scottish Ministers are liable) in connection with the Shrine as such expense shall be certified by Ow Scottish Ministers. (d) with the previous written consent of Our First Minister and Our Scottish Ministers such modification of existing memorials or provision of additional memorials as may be considered desirable. and (e) with the written consent of Ow: First Minister and of Our Scottish Ministers the ananging fur and the carrying out of any anniverwy or other ceremony which may be considered desirable or appropriate.
