    The organisation's purposes is to provide a public benefit in Scotland by means of the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage: By: 4.1 Awarding grants which provide assistance to people with physical disability, learning disability or mental health problems, to lead a more normal life. Priority will be given to applications from those with a learning disability. 4.2 Supporting projects from Orkney to Edinburgh (with some priority towards Grampian-based applications).
