Objectives

This will include the support and undertaking of research into the causes, implications and treatment of factors affecting this group of individuals 4.2 the advancement of education and equality for children, young people and adults who are in need by reason of any disability or disadvantage arising from any physical or mental state, age, accident or as a result of any disease or infection or with learning disabilities, mental health or any other special needs or circumstances, 4.3 the relief of stress and financial needs experienced by their families and carers through, but not limited to, the provision of accommodation, support, education and training, and 4.4 the advancement of citizenship, enabling people who are in need to be active citizens individually and through employment or community organisations and networks.
