THE COMPANY SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS AND IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY;(A)IN PROVIDING THE YEARLY APPOSITION DINNER;(B)IN MAKING A YEARLY PAYMENT OF ú70, 000 OR SUCH OTHER SUM AS THE COMPANY MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE TO THE EXTRAORDINARY REPAIR AND REBUILDING FUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS HEREINAFTER CONTAINED;(C)IN APPLYING A YEARLY SUM OF NOT MORE THAN ú750 OR SUCH OTHER SUM AS THE COMMISSIONERS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME APPROVE FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE COMPANY SHALL IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT IN ANY AREA IN WHICH THE CHARITY HAS OR HAS HAD PROPERTY HELD FOR THE PURPOSE OF PRODUCING INCOME FOR THE CHARITY;(D)IN MAKING PAYMENTS TO THE GOVERNORS FOR APPLICATION BY THE GOVERNORS FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE SCHOOLS IN THE MANNER HEREINAFTER APPEARING;(E)IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SUB-CLAUSES(A)TO (D)OF THIS CLAUSE THE COMPANY MAY APPLY THE SAME AT ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION TO PROMOTE IN GREATER LONDON THE EDUCATION OF BOYS AND GIRLS IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY.
