    THE AIM OF THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION IS TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE.BY PROVIDING A BALANCED PROGRAMME OF ACTIVITIES THAT PROVIDE FUN, LEARNING AND SUPPORTING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. WE SEEK TO ACHIEVE THIS BY USING THE BALANCED TRAINING PROGRAMME SCHEME.
